Care Coordinator

Full or part-time, permanent | £23,868–£25,038 depending on experience

We’re looking for an organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team and help deliver outstanding care to our clients. This varied hybrid role supports both our Roster and Client Services teams, coordinating weekly schedules for over 70 care staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and responsive client support. You’ll manage real-time visit monitoring, maintain accurate records, handle enquiries from clients and families, and work closely with carers and managers to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Alongside office administration, reporting, and forward planning, you’ll also take part in a rota for occasional out-of-hours support.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and enjoys problem-solving while making a genuine difference in people’s lives. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused approach are essential. Experience in care is helpful but not required.
