You might not know it but you're a natural carer!
If you have a natural flair for caring and helping people but never really thought about becoming a care worker, you could become what we call and "Professional Neighbour". It's somewhere between being that person on the street who's always willing to help someone in need, and being employed full-time in a care worker role.
You decide what you can do and when. We provide you with all training and support you need and then pay you to work alongside our existing care team to support our clients in their own homes.
